Shipping and Return Policy – HPDSigns.com

1. Shipping Policy

All orders placed through HPDSigns.com are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders received after 12:00 PM (noon) EST are considered received the following business day. We ship Monday through Thursday, and shipments are sent via USPS, UPS, or other carriers at our discretion. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery times are determined by the carrier. HPDSigns.com is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. Customers acknowledge that shipping transit times are estimates only and that no guarantees are made regarding delivery dates.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for non-custom products only within 15 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition, unused, and suitable for resale. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective at the time of delivery. HPDSigns.com reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Customers are required to obtain return authorization via email prior to sending any product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items, including the original outbound shipping fees and the cost of return shipment. HPDSigns.com will not issue refunds for shipping charges incurred on the original order. If a product is damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. HPDSigns.com does not provide prepaid shipping labels and will not accept packages sent “collect” or “cash on delivery (C.O.D.).”

4. Return Address

Returns sent to any other location will not be processed. Customers must retain tracking information as proof of return shipment. HPDSigns.com is not responsible for returns lost or delayed in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, HPDSigns.com will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product only, excluding any shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned merchandise is received. If the product is not in resale condition or shows signs of use, damage, or modification, HPDSigns.com reserves the right to deny the return or issue only a partial refund at its sole discretion.
