  • No Smoking / E-Cigarettes – Required in smoke-free areas (NYC Admin Code §17-503).

  • Carbon Monoxide Detector Notice – Metal sign, lobby/entrance (§27-2046.1).

  • Smoke Detector Notice – Metal sign, lobby/entrance (§27-2045).

  • Housing Information Guide Notice – Metal sign, lobby/entrance (§26-1103).

  • Janitor Name & Address + Serial Number Sign – Metal sign, lobby/entrance (§27-2053 / §27-2107).

  • Boiler Room Sign – On boiler room door, includes responsible person contact (§27-2033).

  • Gas Leak Notice – Metal sign, lobby/entrance (Local Law 153).
